    ¿POR QUÉ MATAR EN ESTADO EBRIO SUPONE UN ATENUANTE?

    Pues, eso... ¡No puedo entenderlo! Si conducir bajo los efectos de alcohol o las drogas se considera delito, llueven multas, retirada de puntos y, creo, es posible hasta ingresar en prisión, ¿por qué el estado de embriaguez o el consumo de drogas tienen el efecto contrario cuando se juzga un crimen? Esa cuestión no la he entendido nunca, la verdad. O "todos moros o todos cristianos". Si un asesino ebrio puede acogerse a la excusa de no estar en plenas facultades, también un conductor puede hacerlo (probablemente no sea consciente de que pone en peligro a otros). Y si algo tengo claro, aunque no soy psicóloga, es que por muy borracho que esté un individuo no mata si no quiere matar.
